This story is set in the dystopian location in England, a woman is in charge due to her beauty and her powerful demeanor and leadership skills- men cannot be in charge due to the genetic defect they carry which means that when men turn 17 they have to go in for testing (as that is when the genetic defect becomes 'live') to contribute to the science project at trying to eradicate the defect. However, the government that rule is a Scientology government that use science as their power over the people- they have invented a device that they insert into the brain of a person to control them- zombify them- all the rejects (the men that cannot be cured and the women that are infertile) are zombified to be used as the army. Women are used to continue the generations- almost like a breeding farm- that is their only use in life so when women turn 17 they have to go in for fertility testing. 17 is when the ovaries activate in a woman in this dystopian world. There are stories made about what happens to the rejects - that they become zombies- no one realises how accurate this is. Quinn turns 17 and has to go in for testing. This is where the revolution is started from.

Quinn is the rebellious one that starts the revolution because she is in for her testing and turns out she is infertile- these women are usually handed over to the government straight away for the zombifying device to be inserted into their brains but she breaks free and escapes because she has heard the rumours of what happens to those who are. She does not want to be a part of those rumours and therefore starts a cause where any rejects group together and then fight back.

Disruption scene idea

There are two queues: one queue is of women and the other men down two separate hallways. Lighting is bright yet eery. Both men and women are dressed in the hospital overalls, barefoot and naked underneath apart from pants for the men and knickers for the women. Quinn is third down the line. The tension in the air is palpable as they all wait their turn. Some women come out happy and unscathed with a small plastic bag where others do not return. Quinn is called into the lab, everything is clean and stark white- there is a blonde nurse in blue overalls and a mouth cover mask. Quinn lies down and stares at the ceiling as tubes are inserted and wires are attached to her body. The beeping of monitors along with the rustle of the nurse's overalls and Quinn's harsh breathing emphasises the almost deafening silence that this room in cases. A red light flashes in the corner of her eye after her ovaries have been tested on- she looks up panicked at the nurse in question as to what her result is. A small almost imperceptible shake of the head is all Quinn needs. She starts struggling in her restraints. The nurse reaches for a syringe with clear liquid in it- she taps the side so some of the liquid squirts out the top of the needle as she approaches Quinn and reaches for her arm. As she comes close Quinn head butts the woman and the nurse falls backwards. Quinn manages to free herself from the leather restraints securing her to the operating table and looks around frantically like a deer caught in headlights. She bursts out of the room startling the women left in line- an alarm starts going off and she looks to the source of the sound- a camera on the far wall. She grabs something nearest to her and throws it at the camera. Everyone looks at her startled at the outburst. She runs to the exit of the building and keeps running.
